Strictly necessary
The typing tool itself does not set cookies. It uses your browser's local storage to remember your settings and recent results on your device, and to keep your latest report until you sign in. When you sign in, WordPress sets login cookies (named wordpress_logged_in and wordpress_sec, plus a test cookie) that keep you signed in. They are required for your account to work and are removed when you sign out or when they expire.
Advertising cookies
If this site shows ads from Google AdSense or other partners, those partners may set cookies to show ads, limit how often you see them, and measure performance. Ads may be personalized based on your visits to this and other sites. You can manage personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings and aboutads.info.
Analytics cookies
If analytics are enabled, they may set cookies to count visits and understand which pages are used, in aggregated form.
Consent

You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. The typing tool still works without them, but it cannot remember your history, and you will not be able to stay signed in to your account.
